GemWisp is currently a design preview. Paid orders are not yet open while we confirm our delivery, returns and import-tax arrangements. The information below is a planning estimate, not a confirmed delivery promise.
Planned shipping destinations
Our planned standard service ships from China with no minimum spend for free delivery. Planned destinations include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the 27 European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein. We will confirm the supported destinations before accepting paid orders.
Estimated delivery time: two separate stages
- Preparation before dispatch: an estimated 3–5 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: an estimated 10–20 business days.
- Estimated total after placing an order: 13–25 business days, including both preparation and transit.
These estimates have not yet been confirmed with our delivery partner. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Customs checks, peak periods and remote locations can add time. A delivery date is not guaranteed.
Import duties and taxes: arrangements not yet confirmed
Free shipping refers only to the delivery charge. It does not mean that import duties or taxes are included. The applicable charges depend on the destination. We have not yet confirmed who will pay these charges or whether they will be collected at checkout or by the carrier. We will publish the arrangements before paid orders open.
Returns and refunds: policy not yet finalised
We have not yet set a return window or confirmed who will pay return postage. Before accepting paid orders, we will publish return eligibility, the request deadline, return instructions, postage responsibility and the refund process. No specific return period or free-return promise is currently being offered. Please contact us before sending any item back.
