Shipping questions
Our planned standard service ships from China. Free shipping is configured for 36 destinations, with no minimum spend. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for preparation and 10–20 business days for shipping after dispatch. These provisional estimates will be confirmed with our delivery partner before paid orders open.
